1. The e-auction is being held on 'AS IS WHERE IS' and 'AS IS WHAT IS BASIS'
2. The interested buyers are bound by the principle of caveat emptor(Buyer Beware).
3. The interested buyers are advised to make their own independent inquiries regarding
the encumbrances, title of property, specification, claims/rights/dues etc. effecting
the property. The e-Auction advertisement does not constitute and will not be deemed
to constitute any commitment or any representation on part of the Service Provider
or the respective Bank. The property is being sold by the seller bank with all the
existing and future encumbrances whether known or unknown to the bank. The Authorised
Officer/ Secured Creditor/Service Provider shall not be responsible in any way for
any third party claims/ rights/ dues etc.
4. Where the Immovable Properties are subject matter of any suit, application, proceedings
or litigation (lis pendens) before any court, tribunal, forum or any other authority,
the scheduled sale will be subject to the order of such court, tribunal, forum or
any other authority.
5. The inspection of property put on auction will be permitted after consultation
of the respective bank.
